• Please wait until you have received your fulfillment confirmation before picking up your purchase. We hope to fulfill your items same day, but with the high in store traffic volume we experience, we have a 2 day pick up processing window in place. At the time of pick up, please have your order number and confirmation email available to show staff.
  • With in store pick-ups, we provide complementary gift-wrapping. If you would like your purchase gift wrapped, please include this in the “message” section at checkout. If gift-wrapping is not noted during check out, we may require additional time to wrap the gift.
  • Our Return Policy remains the same with in store pick-up.
  • You have 14 days after your purchase is made available for in store pick-up to return your items. This is regardless of when you chose to pick up your items.
  • Once you have selected in store pick up, you will not be able to request your item to be shipped instead.
