      • FREE returns for all U.S orders. When we ship your package, there will be a packing slip and prepaid return label included. Free return labels will not be provided for in store purchases, only online purchases.
      • Walker Boutique only provides In Store Credit for returns sent back within 14 days of purchase. There will be NO refunds put back on the original method of payment. This policy is in place because we stand behind our products and want you to find another item that is exactly what you are looking for. We add new styles weekly, and hope we can assist you in finding something perfect!
      • Store Credit will be applied to a gift card that will be emailed to you within 3-7 business days after the delivery of your return.
      • Store Credit will NOT include the cost of shipping. If discounts were used, you will be credited the amount you paid with the discount.
      • Merchandise must have original tags attached.
      • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
      • Merchandise must have no evidence of make up or self-tanners.
      • Shoes must be free on any scuffs/marks and footprints.
      • If your item arrives damaged, you have 3 days upon the arrival to contact us in regards of the damage.
      • Intimates are NOT eligible for returns. This includes:

        • Spanks
        • Panties
      • Accessories are NOT eligible for returns. This includes:

        • Hats
        • Sunglasses
        • Handbags + Wallets
        • Belts
        • Skin Care + Lotions
      • Final Sale Items are NOT eligible for returns.
      • Swimwear is NOT eligible for returns.
      • We do not offer exchanges on returned items. If you would like to exchange the item you have the option to purchase the item immediately or wait until your store credit has been sent to you. Our inventory turns over quickly, and we cannot guarantee we will still have the item or size you need after the initial purchase.
